For the past 20 years, she has dedicated her life to improving the lives of others. She has been recognized by several public officials and appeared in talk shows, books and magazines, including Harlequin Books 2005 Edition. Janet believes she has found her purpose. 

She states: "My passion is to help others find theirs. It gives me great pleasure as a servant of God to help youth and their parents discover their God-given gifts and talents and create an educational plan and career pathways."

Cynthia started at Youth with a Passion interning as a mentor for high school students. She enjoys working with youth and helping them plan for their future. Cynthia graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2021 with a B.A. in Human Development with a minor in Spanish. She is passionate about providing students with the tools and information they need to be successful. She enjoys assisting interns in using their education in a professional environment.
